Returns & Refunds

The Short Version

If you don't love it, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No tricks, no restocking fees.

What's Eligible

  • Unburned candles in original condition
  • Unopened soaps in original packaging
  • Sealed diffusers
  • Gift sets returned in full

What's Not

  • Burned or used candles (unless damaged or defective)
  • Custom or wholesale orders
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@oshusstore.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid USPS return label (within 1 business day).
  3. Drop the package at any U.S. Post Office.
  4. Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Damaged in Transit

If something arrives broken or melted, snap a quick photo and email it to us within 7 days. We'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
