These terms govern your use of oshusstore.com (the "Site") and the wholesale services provided by Oshus Store, a sole proprietorship of Candace Clark based in San Francisco, California.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for registered businesses purchasing for resale, hospitality use, interior design specification, or corporate gifting. You confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to bind your business.

Orders & pricing

All wholesale orders are subject to written confirmation. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Quoted lead times are good-faith estimates honored within ±3 business days.

Payment

First orders are prepaid by card or ACH. Net-30 terms may be extended after the second successful order, at our discretion. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month after 30 days past due.

Title & risk of loss

Title transfers on full payment. Risk of loss transfers on carrier pickup at our SF warehouse. We insure freight at our cost up to $5,000 per shipment.

Intellectual property

All text, photography, and design on this Site is © Oshus Store. Account holders are granted a limited, royalty-free license to use product photography for marketing the goods they have purchased.

Disclaimers & liability

Goods are sold "as described." Our maximum liability for any claim is the value of the goods at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County.
